Luke is committed to Oz-Tac Engineering’s success in his role overseeing all facets of the business. He is hands on and prides himself on a thorough knowledge of the industry, strong network contacts and expertise in very large structural steel projects across Queensland. His extensive experience and skill in project and maintenance work, shutdowns, supplying labour hire and welding crews has seen Oz-Tac Engineering partner with the Australian Defence Force, Decmil Australia and St Hilliers to construct new Defence Force training camps at Camp Kerr Wide Bay, Green Banks and Enoggera. Luke project managed the structural steel work from drafting, fabrication and installation. His expertise, coupled with his ability to manage skilled crews of 35 and a fleet of cranes made this project a success. One of the largest projects Luke has managed is the Duhig Building at the University of Queensland, Brisbane. He was instrumental in its success through his skill in overseeing the drafting, fabrication and seamless installation of the structural steel and cranes operations onsite.
