Hyne Timber Unbinding Station

Oz-Tac were engaged to design, fabricate and install an Unbinding Station at the Hyne Timber Plant to assist with the unloading of logs off of trucks.

We spoke to Gary Sutton from Hyne Timber who told us that Oz-Tac were supplied with concept drawings from which they produced a competitive quote for the project. Gary accepted the quote which he remarked “came back in a timely manner and at the right price” and then engaged the Oz-Tac team to complete the project.

The Oz-Tac team turned up with all the right gear and immediately put up a perimeter fence with a crane. It was a quick process and the fence was well erected. The Unbinding Station was then built on site. Oz-Tac had fabricated most of the structure in the Gympie Workshop and so on site it was a case of making the whole structure fit together and then commissioning it to work.

Once we started to use the Unbinding station, we found that we needed a few alterations to solve a few issues, the Oz-Tac came back to site and on site solved the problem and completed the project in a timely manner.

I have been working with the Oz-Tac team for over 14 years and we are very happy with their service.
