The best way to apply an industrial coat is to ensure that the object is 100% clean, we do this in our custom built Abrasive Blasting shed. Our Grydale dust collection and abrasive blasting system ensures that we minimise the environmental impact and do the very best job at the same time.
Once the product is fabricated we often need to apply an industrial coat of paint to it.
We adhere to the industry regulations where we stick to the colour codes. Moving parts are often painted in red or orange which means that it is easy to identify if a moving part is not in the right position, similarly any safety features are always painted yellow, so any potential accidents can be avoided by simply being aware of the machine and what is there or not.
